Beatification
Yards should be kept mowed, and edged, flower beds weeded, trees trimmed of dead branches.
When planning to paint your house and/or garage, color choices should be approved by the Community Association Board of Directors. Any plans to make changes or additions to your structure need to also be approved by the CABD.
Removal of trees is approved only when said tree is dead, in the process of dying, or the roots of the tree are in danger of causing structural damage to your home.
For any change or improvement of your property please print and fill out the approval form on this site and mail to/drop off to Kingwood Association Management at 1102 Kingwood Drive, Suite 102, Kingwood, TX 77339.

Waste Management of Conroe - Bear Branch Service:
- Routine back door pick-up every Tuesday and Friday
- Heavy or large pick-up any Friday but it must be to the curb by 6:30 am
Some guidelines as to what your service includes:
- Containers must be 32 gallon or smaller, no 55 gal drums will be emptied.
- Containers must way no more than 40 lbs.
- Unsafe containers (sharp edges, holes etc.) will not be emptieds
- Tree limbs must be under 4’ long, cut, tied and under the 40 lb weight limit.
- Construction debris: rocks, bricks, concrete, dirt, roofing materials, lumber, carpets, etc, cannot be picked up.
- Other items that are not acceptable for this service include: tires, batteries, paint, hazardous chemicals, large tree trunks and refrigerators.
